We’re a small congregation of the United Methodist flavor. It’s a friendly place where “everyone knows your name”. Our worship is casual, traditional, easy to follow, and family-friendly. We meet each Sunday at 10:30 am to sing, pray, and hear the word of God read and preached.
We are located in Brandon, Ohio. It may look like a simple crossroads in a rural area, but it is home to many kind and friendly families. We are located about 5 miles south of Mount Vernon on Sycamore Road, a stone’s throw west of Route 661. There’s a Baptist church right across the street. Brandon also has a very nice community park where our church hosts social events through the fair-weather months.
Our small country church is part of a two-church “charge”. Brandon UMC is a small and rural church with a weekly attendance of about two dozen people, while Lock UMC is even smaller. Kevin Bell serves as the Lay Preacher at both churches.
